Home Instead Senior Care Southwest Allegheny County and Washington County is a leading provider of in-home care for seniors.  We have an exciting opportunity in our Bethel Park office for a manager who oversees internal and external sales and customer service, is dedicated to our mission of helping seniors remain at home and as independent as possible for as long as possible and is energetic, motivated and resilient 


RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Direct and support our Community Liaisons with identifying, planning and developing relationships with referral partners. Evaluate progress and results through analyzing metrics for continual improvement. Identify industry trends and opportunities, develop strategy and implement initiatives to position Home Instead Senior Care as a market leader.

SALES PROCESS
Ensure a consistent branding, differentiating and consultative sales approach is resulting in conversions and closings. Analyze data, set goals, evaluate progress and identify coaching opportunities for staff and process improvement. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Oversee the entire Client Experience including the client service launch, the service experience, Quality Assurance, Communication and Issue Resolution.  Set standards for Service Excellence and coach for individual and team results.

MANAGEMENT
Manage, motivate, coach and build a team of 8-10 staff members to exceed performance expectations and provide consistent Service Excellence.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven Sales and Customer Service experience in service or healthcare industries required  
  • Home and community based services, home health care or hospice experience preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of management experience
