Description

Program Coordinators are a critical link to the community for those we serve, as well as serving as a bridge between our direct care and clinical staff to ensure the seamless delivery of services to the individuals we support. Program Coordinators manage the day to day activities, budgets, and schedules for one home and best ensure that all individuals receiving services are properly cared for, including implementing programs and services for those individuals. This role will comply with regulatory requirements and will manage, hire, train and schedule direct care staff. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will schedule activities and appointments for individuals served and will maintain records.

Qualifications

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED

· Must be 18 years of age

· Valid driver’s license in good standing

· Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks

Preferred:

· One or two years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities including emotional, behavioral, medical complexities and/or brain injuries

· Supervisory experience
