The General Manager has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required.

Chick-fil-A at Canton Crossing is seeking a Front of the House General Manager to fulfill the following duties:

-Mange and provide leadership to staff in an effective manner while adhering to company policies of service guidelines.

-Responsible for all daily operations of the restaurant.

-Oversee front and back of the house.

-Oversee store managers.

-Ability to step in when and where needed and perform duties as assigned including assisting with front or back of the house responsibilities.

-Work closely with store operators to obtain restaurant goals and effectively execute goals.

-Work to create a safe, secure and healthy work environment for fellow employees.

-Ensures Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant’s established speed

-Achieve operational objectives.

-Ensures workstations are clean at all times.

-Ensures cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.

-Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.

-Ensures Team Members monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.

-Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

-Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.

Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator:

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future. Our Operators consider their team members to be more than just employees, they are a highly valued part of each Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Requirements

-Previous management experience (required)

-Leadership experience and/or proven ability (desired)

-Multi-tasking abilities (required)

-Forward thinker; Ability to analyze and make good judgment decisions.

-Excellent Communication skills.

-Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.

-Efficient and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus.

Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays. Must be available to work Monday-Saturday. Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation to work.
