Position Summary:
From its humble beginnings in 2004, R&R Limousine and Bus has become a leading provider of local, service oriented transportation. R&R has added to its fleet on a regular basis to accommodate the growing demand for its service and is experiencing rapid growth. R&R is focused on delivering an exceptional client experience and growing their team of professionals.
We are seeking new and experienced Drivers. This person is responsible for safely transporting our clients, with prearranged reservations for ground transportation to their destinations while providing superior customer service. If you have limited experience and need assistance with getting your CDL License or Chauffeur's Permit we can help with guiding you through that process. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Job Responsibilities:
? Provide timely and accurate pick up and drop off of passengers throughout the Austin, San Antonio and surrounding areas.
? Create a positive experience for each customer, providing exemplary service and a courteous, professional demeanor.
? Provide safe operation of vehicle and comply with all motor vehicle regulations and traffic laws.
? Maintain fresh appearance of vehicle.
? Flexible schedule to be able to work weekday evenings and/or weekends as assigned.
Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Positive and professional attitude, a polished appearance, and ability to adhere to uniform dress code requirements
? Safe, skilled, courteous driver able to listen, read maps and operate navigational devices.
? Must be able to follow directions and policies in a structured environment.
? Detail-oriented and can perform required administrative tasks.
? Meet the physical demands of the position.
? Team player with a strong work ethic.
? Smart phone required for communication with the team.
? For CDL Chauffeurs - maintain a CDL A/B with "P" endorsement required.
? For Non-CDL Chauffeurs - must maintain an appropriate City Chauffeur License and any required badges.
? For larger vehicles, Commercial Driver License class A/B with passenger endorsement required.
? Must be able to pass a drug and background check and maintain a clean driving record.
? Previous chauffeur experience a plus but not required.
Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit for long periods of time, climb stairs, escalators, and elevators, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must have the ability to lift, load/unload, and carry luggage and other belongings of the passenger(s). Specific vision abilities include distant vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Must be able to perceive and understand a forced whispered voice at a distance of greater than or equal to five feet, with or without a hearing aid.
