The Assistant Dining Room Manager is responsible for working with the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front of the House in our formal restaurant settings. The successful candidate serves as an ongoing resource, taking the lead in problem solving and providing guidance to the culinary team. The Assistant Dining Room Manager also helps to coordinate various events as they relate to the dining room and the community.
The Assistant Dining Room Manager will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Front of The House management with the following characteristics:
* Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills
* Ability to enter the dining room and perform his/her duties in a professional manner
* Ability to perform duties to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
* Support a positive and professional image through actions and attire
* Empathetic and sympathetic to seniors
* Builds trust and confidence
* Excellent customer service skills
