As a Finance Senior Analyst at PepsiCo you will be a key member of the Pepsi Beverages Company Mountain Region Finance team. This is your opportunity to take your financial and analytical skills to the next level with endless possibilities.
The Finance Senior Analyst will support development and activation of retail sales priorities and customer/market specific initiatives and execution plans in collaboration with the HQ Retail Sales Finance team and Region Sales team. Accountabilities include customer planning and target setting, performance management, marketplace execution, customer contract (CDA) development, decision support, pricing accuracy, and building organizational financial literacy.
Key responsibilities:
Function as strategic business advisor to Director of Sales
Partner with Key Account owners on annual and quarterly planning, periodic forecasting and linkage to national / regional strategies.
Work with director of sales and Key Account Managers to understand weekly performance drivers and course correct to deliver business results.
Provide decision support to Regional Retail Sales teams.
Ensure customer pricing accuracy from both a forecast and actual standpoint.
Build financial literacy across Region Sales team.
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
Work Experience:
4 - 5 years of finance analyst experience
Skills & Capabilities:
Professional experience in consumer goods finance, pricing, trade management. Understanding of channel and segment economics.
Strong foundation in the use of information systems and ability to learn/manipulate systems quickly
Results-oriented, innovative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and ability to function effectively as part of a team to gain cooperation of individuals across the organization
Ability to work in a challenging business environment, demonstrating flexibility by managing numerous priorities concurrently. Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Experience using SAP, Essbase, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
