Requirements to be a Recruitment and Training Coordinator:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and conduct orientation and training sessions for our new CAREGivers
- Provide counseling, coaching, and recognition for CAREGiver performance
- Develop and implement retention strategies to promote CAREGiver tenure
- Assist with the planning and coordination of quarterly CAREGiver meetings
- Conduct Alzheimer’s Care Training on a quarterly basis
Requirements to be a Recruitment and Training Coordinator:
- Attachment of cover letter and resume required
- Effective and confident verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and conduct presentations for groups of new employees
- Exceptional computer skills
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV, abuse registry, and drug screenings.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
- US citizen or green card holder
