Job Description:

Eastbay, a leading supplier of athletic footwear and apparel, is searching for Professional Sales Support Staff to perform administrative, order coordination and customer support duties for the Field Based Sales Staff.

The Sales Support is responsible for:

Providing in-house customer service for both Sales Associates and vendors.

Monitoring the purchase/receipt of in-stock inventory.

Creating source codes and marketing materials for sales staff.

Distributing, tracking and coordinating all samples, support materials and manufacturer catalogs to sales staff.

Preparing/routing all payments and prepaid orders sent in by sales staff.

Providing supplementary/additional support of team sales service rep when/where needed.

Experience and Skills:

Qualified candidates will possess previous customer service experience as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applicants must be dependable, flexible, personable and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, work well on a team, and maintain professionalism at all times in a fast paced environment.

If you have the experience and skills for the position, a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and previous Administrative experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
