Secretary- QuickBooks experience is a MUST!!



We are currently seeking a Temp-to-Hire Secretary with QuickBooks experience for a Fuel Distributing Company located near Lockport, Illinois. There will be a variety of duties assisting other office employees and support staff. This position reports directly to the owner.

The responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and implementing the electronic filing of documents
    • QuickBooks & Bank Statement handling.


  • Providing general administrative support including the following:

    o ordering office supplies, handling mail, filing

    o Assisting with the coordination of meetings

  • Other duties as assigned by management

    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:



  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous office administrative support experience

  • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office required

    Physical Requirements:

    This position will require the ability to remain seated for extended periods of time while working in an office environment with related computer equipment and telephones:

  • This position will require sitting, walking and standing

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 15 lbs

  • Adequate vision
