As a Clinical Pharmacist you will conduct research and maintain or enhance clinical pharmacy programs such as drug utilization review, prior authorization, health outcomes, disease state management, care management, and other specialty programs. Responsibilities may include: 



  • Oversee pharmacy projects from inception to completion

  • Provide responses to drug information requests

  • Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements

  • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems

  • Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others. Acts as a resource for others with less experience

Requirements

Required Qualifications




  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.)

  • Active and unrestricted pharmacist licensure in the state of FL 

  • Ability to navigate MS Office and a Windows based environment and the ability to create, edit, save, and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • PBM experience

  • Pharmacy residency experience

  • Experience conducting research and analysis

  • Knowledge of Pharmacy Star measures

  • Medication Therapy Management

  • Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and regulations

  • Bilingual skills (fluent in Spanish/English)
