About this job
Manufacturing company in Oak Brook, IL is looking for an experienced building maintenance position. This person will be required to:
Maintain and install new electrical feeds to outlets and lighting circuits
Perform maintenance checks and record readings for boilers and air compressors
Maintain and repair boiler systems and compressed air systems
Perform plumbing repairs, troubleshooting and modifications
Perform HVAC repairs, troubleshooting and PM procedures
Perform building repairs (replace light fixtures, holes in walls, broken door knobs, broken light switches)
Must have building maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
Hours: 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
