About this job

This position will be part of a team in charge of the day to day workings of the Facilities, Technology and Security departments. We need an energetic, hands on individual who has experience in a fast paced environment. Priorities can change quickly and this individual must adapt, reassess, and quickly solve issues as they arise. This person needs to perform maintenance on existing locations to provide for a safe clean work environment, and must follow a set schedule provided by the managers to complete routine visits to all locations. Determine the priority of tickets and get assistance if needed to complete the task, and update help desk tickets upon completion of all tasks.
Job Duties:
Maintenance: Assist in ongoing construction of new locations. Be available to the FTS Director or Management team for any needs 24/7. Keep detailed logs of all procedures used for fixing a problem to update the internal help desk ticket. This will help prevent un-needed down time and repeating the same thing over and over again.
Technology: Maintain all the computers, servers and phones at all locations under the direction of the Technology manager. Assist employees with computer issues as directed by the Technology manager. Respond to any computer problems at DLC in a timely manner as to not impede daily operations. Ensure that the opening of new locations goes seamlessly with the assistance of all FTS employees'.
Security: Work with the Technology manager to ensure we are getting the best price for our services and help ensure that proper credits are issued for service outages or lack of service. Adjust, maintain, and repair, and resolve video surveillance equipment problems. Have a complete understanding of the inner workings for a store to insure proper working order after any emergency has occurred.
Required and Preferred Background and Experience:
* Must have HS Diploma or GED
* Must have 2 plus years demonstrated successful experience in all aspects of facilities
* Prefer candidates who have retail store expansion experience
* Must be able to travel as needed to complete various facility projects
* Must have excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills,
* Must be resourceful, and have ability to get the job done on time
* Prefer candidates who can readily use e-mail and posess an understanding of computer systems (hardware and software) including networks, system backup execution
* Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
* Must be willing to work flexible hours
