The Nurse Educator, Clinical is an expert in the education of patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and other rare chronic diseases. You will provide education and training to patients and caregivers for patients initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies. This requires expertise in high-tech therapies. You will also provide consultative services to physicians and nurses related to the patient's plan of care and clinical services provided by CVS Caremark. The Nurse Educator, Clinical is responsible for providing education, training, and clinical support related to those specialty products and diseases. Travel is required in assigned region and throughout US 50%-80%. Required Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with a current state license in their home state and the ability to be licensed in other states. *A minimum of 2 years of home infusion therapy experience with cardiac patients or patients with rare and/or chronic diseases. Or, a minimum of 2 years of high-tech IV therapy experience in an acute setting. *CPR certified. *Demonstrated experience in coordinating and providing educational programs for patients. *Proven ability to build positive business relationships with all levels of medical/clinical personnel. *Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal staff including pharmacy operations clinicians and sales staff. *Basic PC aptitude with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. *Ability to travel is in an assigned region and throughout the US 30%-80% every weekend. Travel is also required for education as well as sales support. *Active valid state driver's license and the ability to drive are required Preferred Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with at least 2 years experience in the home infusion therapy or acute care setting with a focus on the treatment of rare chronic disease states. Demonstrated experience in managing patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension is preferred Education:

Minimum of an Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing and a valid state nursing license required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Business Overview:
