What Will You Be Doing:



    - The EBC Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest level of satisfaction of every guest experience at the EBC.
    - The role is at the front line of customer service to all SAP guests that are being hosted in the Executive Briefing Center and serves to ensure that all meetings and activities in the EBC are managed efficiently and professionally.
    - The main duties include oversight of the front desk and lobby area operations, maintaining the master schedule for the briefing center, assisting with logistics for briefings and maintaining a level of professionalism in a high volume customer environment.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum two to five (2-5) years of related experience in high-level customer service / event planning / concierge service in a sales and marketing environment, preferably in the high tech industry or related field.
    - Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    - Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with internal / external executives, press, analysts, industry thought leaders and other highly visible individuals as well as internal / external vendors and service providers.
    - Highly organized, detail oriented and strong ability to multi-task and can manage time effectively with top-notch prioritization skills.
    - Passion, the ability to work under pressure, a flexible and self-contained approach to working, a high level of initiative a talent for organization, and dedication to taking responsibility and ensuring quality.
    - Maintain a level of professionalism and represent SAP in a professional manner in a high volume customer environment.
    - Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle problems as they arise.
    - Creative, enthusiastic and results-driven with the ability to influence others and welcoming of feedback
    - Must be able to keep confidences with private and / or confidential information and act with integrity demonstrating a professional approach.
    - Independent, self-starter who can drive deliverable to execution with minimal supervision.
    - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook Email & Scheduler, Word, Excel.
    - Strong computer and technical skills with a desire to continuously improve processes.
    - Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours based on EBC activities / events.
