Project Manager Job - Full-time / Part-time

Project Manager needed for a long term contract opportunity with Yoh's direct client in Lancaster, PA!

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

- Long term contract - six plus (6+) months with extension likely!
- Expertise in Project Management; Extensive experience managing projects utilizing SDLC
- ERP project experience with related integration projects
- Enterprise Project experience (multiple, complex high level initiatives)

What You Will Be Doing:

- Candidates need to have experience with ERP projects, but assignments will span multiple functional/systems areas
- Managing a variety of projects simultaneously, such as core SAP systems, CRM systems, demand planning systems, system upgrades, and plant data collection
- Responsible for managing multiple, complex, and far reaching IT projects
- Ensure adherence to the project governance process as they develop and manage the project
- Establish and ensure execution of projects through all phases of development - requirements, analysis, design, construction - delivering the highest quality systems that meet the business needs
- Responsible for measuring project performance relative to cost, schedule and performance criteria as defined relative to business unit and functional goals
- Successful planning and implementation of projects through all phases of the project and software development life cycles
- Collaborating to identify business requirements and business process change
- Managing and reporting project schedules and budget, as well as proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues that may impede successful project completion
- Reviewing and evaluating project deliverables before release
- Manages project activities to achieve and maintain a high degree of commonality and standardization across business processes as well as ensuring adherence to company standards
- Manage/lead large and mid-sized implementations identified by IT management
- Project Management will include, but not be limited to defining/managing project scope, reviewing project deliverables with business sponsors and IT management, generating statements of work, leading a project team tasked with delivering the effort, and tracking and communicating project progress, including costs, through regular status reports

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Expertise in PM with ERP projects, including scopes that span multiple functional/systems areas
- Managed large scale, enterprise implementations that encompasses cross functional areas
- Senior level understanding of Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent communicator! This role will work with the clients internal IT team as well as business personnel in a variety of positions, at all levels of the organization
- A skill set implementing SAP is helpful!
- Candidates need to be excellent communicators, tactful diplomats, problem solvers, thinkers, and analyzers
- Ability to understand and respond to customer needs in a rapidly changing business environment
- Successfully and professionally interact with all levels of the organization
