Ottawa, IL company seeking Packaging associate
- 1st & 2nd Shift 3:30pm-12:00am
- Monday-Friday
- $8.25 for 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm) - $8.75 / hour for 2nd Shift (3pm - 12am)
Job Duties:
- Maintaining an orderly and well stocked workstation.
- Rotating between various jobs including; calculating all material for the job, cartridge cleaning, removing labels, checking for leakage and/or missing or broken parts on cartridges, bagging and sealing each cartridge, properly inserting ID tags, and inserting instructions as needed.
- Securing stacked pallets with correct quantities and skid height and wrapping and labeling the pallets for stock.
- Checking the stages of packaging prior to beginning the task assigned.
- Keeping the work area clean and neat at all times
Requirements include:
- Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
