Administrative Assistant needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Glen Mills, PA.


Top Skills Should You Possess:



    - Prior experience in Occupational Health or Medical Services

What You'll Be Doing:



    - Develop policies and forms for central delivery of programs
    - Develop process flow charts to ensure consistent delivery of programs
    - Develop new Intranet site and populate with information and associated links
    - Establish email and telephone communications as port of entry for communications
    - Support and adhere to developing critical internal communications as part of change management
    - Support the front line of initial change, if needed
    - Support the existing medical centers, including occasional travel as necessary
    - Establish, maintain and or manage electronic, paper medical records storage and retrieval system
    - Perform compliance requests /report as requested
    - Track budget activities
    - Support any special project activity as requested

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - Bachelor's Degree
    - Strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication, Multi-tasking, Prioritizing, Time Management, Organization, Adaptability, Customer Service commitment to excellence, written and oral skills, ability to handle company confidential and HIPPA
    - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
    - Flexible and adaptable to demanding and fast-paced work environment
