Our Solar client is looking for a Project Coordinator to cover school districts all throughout Southern California.
Must have MS Project and construction experience
Project coordinator to work with the construction group and the engineering department to handle calling clients, coordinating all aspects of construction projects for school districts. Client interaction, working with utilities, DSA, schools, etc. Project tracking, compile drawings and documents for preparation for client meetings
Project Tracking and reporting, maintaining files and project documents,coordinating with stakeholders, assist in preparation of permitting packages, prepare bid documents andprepare meeting agendas
