Responsible for acquiring new, typically pooled, accounts through brokers and/or directly to customers. Typical group size is up to 100.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Prospects accounts and produces revenue through new and renewal sales.

- Generates lead activity and makes sales calls.

- Develops strategies and utilizes selling techniques to acquire new business.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS; 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Ability to demonstrate proven track record of employee benefit related sales experience and success.

Must be able to interface with mobile technology, CRM tools, support and communicate with multiple buiness partners (vertical and horizontal).

Positive attitude and team oriented selling approach required.

Sales license required.
