Human Resources & Payroll - Full-time / Part-time

Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator needed for a metal finishing company in Santa Ana CA.

Temporary to Hire position paying $45-65K depending on experience. Company also offers paid holidays, vacation pay, as well as medical, dental and vision insurance.

Individual will be responsible for Human Resource duties, Payroll and the Safety program for the company. Opportunity to grow into a Management position. Right now these duties are spread out to other employees as part of their job, but company would like one person to focus on all 3 areas.

Ideal candidate will have the following:

~At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and will be responsible for all of
the HR functions of the company.
~At least 1 year of Payroll experience and will be responsible for all of the payroll duties.
Payroll is done on Peachtree (aka Sage 50)
~Experience running safety program with a company is a plus but willing to train on
that part of the job. In regards to the safety program, individual will be providing safety
training, running reports and handling any workers compensation matters.
~Metal Finishing industry experience is a plus.
~Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
