About this job
In this campaign, CSRs will be communicating with customers from a particular company, a customer of Deloitte's which cannot be disclosed, regarding their pension plans and setting up one-on-one appointments for them with financial advisers who will help get them set up on retirement plans. They will also be informing them of upcoming seminars surrounding these topics and getting them scheduled to attend. They will be making outbound and fielding inbound calls.
Patience, good listening skills, attention to detail, and accurate data entry are required. They will be documenting these calls on PSI's call tracking system, uploading client information and forwarding along to Deloitte.
