IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH SOCIAL SECURITY PROCEDURES EITHER PRIVATELY OR PUBLICLY PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

Maintains a caseload of Social Security Disability Cases.
Handles formal contact with the clients and attorneys on a daily basis; sends correspondence to SSA & client; is the main point-of-contact with clients.
Manages inbound calls, voicemails and emails.
Interfaces directly with clients and must maintain a record of all correspondence, ensuring these records are updated and can be accessed by other authorized members of staff. All record changes must be tracked in the system.
Obtain critical information about the case from the client and establishes a good professional relationship with them, being tactful with clients.
Responsible for the completion of electronic file reviews.
Responsible for all start preps, records requests from clients' healthcare providers, and general case review tasks of the case life cycle.
Creates and maintains legal documents in the case management system and ensures all necessary updates are made.
Obtains and/or enters status of a claim as necessary by calling ODAR or using the ERE report.
Obtain new and material evidence.
Complete all application and appeals.
Take care of all of financial for department in Quickbooks.
Processing wins and making congratulation calls to clients.
Notifying clients of unfavorable determinations.
Post entitlement support including contract and continued follow-up with client to ensure that proof is needed by SSA is submitted timely to ensure that the firm's fees are paid and released by SSA.
Reviewing RFCs.

Knowledge of drafting and brief and reading medical records is a plus !
