The Engagement/Acquisition Analyst is a critical position within CVS' Enterprise Pharmacy Growth department. This analyst will play an important role in the planning and execution of a strategic enterprise effort to create a high-touch, patient-centric operating model focused on better serving the needs of Patients with Greatest Needs (PGNs), who have chronic conditions and complex pharmaceutical therapy plans.

The CVS Enterprise Pharmacy Growth department is undertaking a strategic growth effort intended to create value for PGNs and their unique pharmacy needs as patients.This operating model will initially focus on improving health outcomes and care for PGNs through three primary capabilities: patient care coordination (leveraging a dedicated care team headed by a pharmacist to provide personalized counsel on topics such as drug side effects and alternatives), medication organization (providing services to make organizing and taking medications easier such as script synchronization and multi-dose packaging), and home delivery (developing and standardizing/optimizing existing home delivery efforts). The Engagement/Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development of the acquisition strategy roadmap and accompanying business case. By working in close conjunction with our capability teams and cross functional partners, s/he will assist in building an executable road-map to test a number of patient engagement and acquisition techniques including acquisitions, consumer/client outreach, and strategic partnerships . The results of these testing efforts will inform our longer term go-to-market strategy. This analyst will also assist in creating financial models and preparation of budgets/forecasts for these efforts.

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting development of the strategic roadmap that will drive the efforts to provide a suite of services that meet the specific needs of PGNs

Supporting development of an accompanying business case that utilizes knowledge of financial modeling methods

Supporting efforts to scope and size opportunities to inform an executable road-map to test various engagement/acquisition techniques and that maps to the overall program goals to better serve these patients

Supporting efforts to define the most appropriate targeting for the services to facilitate positive returns on investment

Utilizing basic data analysis skills to assist in building the business case and understanding PGNs and their specific needs

Supporting the testing of the most relevant approaches "in the field"

Developing and owning specific deliverables for this initiative required by the overall project

Required Qualifications:

- Strategic thinking capabilities, including ability to diagnose complex problems and recommend practical solutions

- Business case development skills including financial modeling

- Basic analytic capabilities that can turn data into impactful insights

- Ability to diagnose complex problems and recommend practical solutions

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong presentation skills, which includes development of narrative and verbal presentation

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence peers

- Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to oversee multiple work activities, ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives in order to maximize the business impact

- Ability to deliver in fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Retail healthcare experience is helpful

- Proficiency in analytical tools including Excel, SQL, SAS, etc.

- Ability to interact with and influence audiences at all management levels Education:

- Bachelor's degree required
