Department Description:

The Disney Technology Solutions and Services (DTSS) organization provides scalable, reliable enterprise-wide networks and computing platforms to all of the Disney businesses through integrated service aggregation from multiple internal and external providers. DTSS is guided by the principles of being service focused and easy to do business with, being biased for action and innovation, and being efficient through leverage and continuous improvement. This role is part of the DTSS Global Information Security organization. Our mission is to deliver value to through analyzing threats and risks, setting and managing security policies and standards, assessing compliance, and assuring effective and efficient operations.

Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:

Research and write articles, tips, threats and guidance to be featured on internal social media and other internal publications. Act as a creative contributor to all marketing campaigns, poster design, including graphics and videos. Assist in launch of GISEP Security Liaison's program, PhishMe Program, Security Culture Assessments, tech trainings, Cyber Security Month planning, Compliance Training updates, and internal security site UX projects. Some assisting with event and training session logistics in conjunction with our Community Watch partners Editing graphics, posters and webpages in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop Working with vendors and internal teams to coordinate the design and production of campaign graphics. Support the Education Program program manager as needed.

Basic Qualifications Academic focus in a related field: marketing, communications, security Exceptional writing and editing skills; demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and present in a clear, concise and conversational manner. Attention to detail is a must. Expertise with Excel and Access databases a plus. Self-starter with strong initiative and problem solving skills; the candidate must demonstrate good judgment and be able to think on his/her toes. Out-of-the-box thinker with a knack for creative marketing ideas and concepts. Strong interpersonal and oral communication abilities; public speaking experience a plus. Ability to work independently and yet function effectively in a team environment. Ability to efficiently handle more than one project or task simultaneously under deadline, and complete a task with minimal direction or instruction. Experience with the Adobe Suite (Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop). Preferred Qualifications Experience in event management. Working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop. Expertise with Excel and Access databases a plus. Interest in internal communications. Required Education Bachelor's degree or working towards the completion of a BA.
