Middle Market Documentation Preparation Description:

The Doc

Prep team creates commercial and real estate documentation through the use of

HotDocs for the Middle Market group. The

team works closely with Bankers, Underwriters, Compliance, internal and

external Legal Counsel and outside vendors to complete the request. The team performs documentation preparation

and documentation review for existing customers and new prospects based on an established criteria by identifying

potential problems while offering solutions, analyze transaction type and

identify, collect, review and distribute necessary due diligence items for loan

closings. Reviews executed loan

documents for discrepancies to identify documentation exceptions, prepare

checklist based on critical criteria and releases loan documents upon

completion.

The

Intern will be responsible to monitor incoming volumes, assigning deals, ordering and UCC, tax, judgment

searches and performing due diligence on

legal entities. The Intern will also

need to create electronic files, PDF

files and assist the Doc Prep team with other tasks as needed to ensure

deadlines are being met.
