CIB - Operations -- Broker Dealer Oversight & Control Summer Analyst
JPMS LLC/JPMCC Operations is a division within the CIB that plays an intricate role across our firm. As a Summer Analyst, you will support multiple lines of businesses to support legal entity initiatives and assist in facilitating effective issue resolution. Summer Analysts assist in the preparation of information to respond to operational, regulatory and other departmental requests. As a CIB Operations Analyst you will service JPMorgan Securities LLC, Chase Wealth Management, and all Broker Dealers that utilize JPMCC for their clearing services.
Role Overview
* Prepare information to respond promptly to inquires, assist in review of issues and take action to assist in resolution
* Ability to multi-task with numerous applications while maintaining consistent follow-up
* Collect data from multiple departments and functions for monthly decks.
* Ability to organize and analyze data using Microsoft applications including VLookups, pivot tables and create complex formulas to solve and/or monitor questions or inquiries that may pertain to a control initiative.
Qualifications
* Ability to execute and implement creative solutions
* Capability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Possess a strong attentiveness to detail
* Ability to multi task effectively in a high pressure environment
