Heavy calendar management and meeting preparation (revenues, bio, etc...)

Interaction with outside recruiting sources

Scheduling calls, clients and internal meetings

High level of client interaction, US mostly but also Europe and Asia clients

Expense processing and management as well as reimbursements

Organize domestic and international travel

High level of confidential information - strong office ethics

Project work as needed, interacting with Research, COO, sales teams, Management

Strong communication skills

Focus and attention to detail

Ability to organize independently and anticipate needs

Ability to solve/resolve issues seamlessly

Work across all sales groups within Equities, Prime Brokerage and FICC

Strong MS office stills (Excel, Outlook Calendar, MSWord, PowerPoint) is best/ideal
