Partners with the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) in improving performance of the Home Appliance department through individual and team-based coaching. Sets expectations around selling the total solution and utilizing integrated retail tools to enhance Member Engagement Process and meet/exceed sales goals.
*Demonstrates expertise in the Member Engagement Process and provides on-the-spot coaching to consultative sales associates in Home Appliances to ensure they understand the expected behaviors and display them in interactions with members.
*Conveys clear expectations, acts as a role model, and provides coaching to reinforce and help identify opportunities.
