What You'll Be Doing:

- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Responsible for monitoring continuous process plans.
- Reporting - Creating, updating and aligning
- Ensures alignment between project objectives and technical/operational solutions.
- Monitors and guides projects to ensure quality development and on-time delivery
- Ensures updated project documentation is maintained.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Strong Computer application skills - MS Office
- Strong MS Access experience for reporting
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently
- Ability to create Ad Hoc reports

Bonus Points!

- Previous Vantive Software experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field.
