Business Analyst II, Senior - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Business Analyst II, Senior.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Experis ®, a division of Manpower Group and leader in Finance and IT staffing, is working with one our leading Fortune 500 clients to find a Business Analyst in Tampa, Fl. The role is responsible for Basel III analysis related to Pillar 3 and FFIEC 101 reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzing and researching the financial inconsistencies and performing account reconciliations.

Must be able to quickly build an in-depth and thorough understanding of different drivers

Utilize strong knowledge of systems and processes to identify any issues or defects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in the finance/accounting industry strongly preferred
• Solid analytical background and skill set with demonstrated experience in Reconciliation
• Experience performing Data Tracing/Data Mining and financial and regulatory reporting
• Experience working with large volumes of data from various sources
• Experience utilizing large corporate financial systems and Banking/financial products
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Pro-active and goal-oriented strategic thinker
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Confidence and ability to work with all levels of management
• Must have the ability to Work flexible hours
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience
