Senior Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently hiring for a 3 month contract mechanical assembler with minimum 2 years of assembly background. ( This position could go longer if the work orders keep picking up like they are) In this role our you will be doing 50% mechanical assembly 25%inventory and 25% parts cleaning.

Mechanical Assembly-
In this role you will be making sub-assemblies for a project that the company is working on. This person is going to be working off print instructions and some blueprints.

The tools that will be used are a metal cutter, clippers, pliers, scissors, screw-drivers, small hammers, steel ruler, digital calipers and other hand tools.

Washing Parts-
This involve doing small parts cleaning under a sink. This person will individually scrub each part that is going to be used in the assembly with a small brush. The company also has 2 clean lines who the contractor will be able to use like a in household dishwasher.

Inventory-
This person will be picking inventory parts using a SAP System. They will train the candidate how to do this and no previous knowledge in this field is needed.
