JOB SUMMARY:
The Training Manager supports field operation in the implementation of the Win Team software platform. Based on performance, the successful candidate will be considered for a full-time role on the U.S. Security Associates team. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Support all Win Team project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
  • Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project.
  • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
  • Develop user friendly reporting tools, document procedures and create and manage controls.
  • Monitors the duties of all branch staff.
  • Implements the quality policies of U.S. Security Associates to include the Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality System Procedures (QSP).
REQUIRED EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of small group training and/or management experience, preferably in the military or in a security field.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Win Team experience preferred.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
  • Must have strong presentation skills; including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with various departments and able to adapt to audience (C-level, IT, users, etc).
  • Must be skilled in developing and maintaining client and employee relationships.
  • Applying principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must be able to work in an autonomous environment with little supervision.
  • Ability to lead and develop an effective team.
ENVIRONMENT:
Fast paced, multi-faceted office environment. Environment may vary based on travel to other offices.
