Position Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY: • Responsible for network and security administration in a mission-critical corporate environment. • Develop and implement monitoring and reporting tools that integrate into dashboards to display key routing trends and issues. Implement tools which will drive improvements in IT Network efficiency of support through the use of reporting. • Provide support for network infrastructure problems by monitoring the team's support queue; troubleshooting and diagnosing problems; identifying the root causes of problems; ensuring corrective action is taken following problem identification; developing plans of action to address network performance problems; aiding team members in the resolution of problems; and holding suppliers accountable for delivering corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications
