CLEANING CREW FIELD MANAGER WANTED

We are currently looking for a CLEANING CREW FIELD MANAGER to manage cleaning crews on construction and commercial jobsites. This is a working manager position.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Clean Commercial, Janitorial and/or New Construction projects. Duties include cleaning windows, floors, offices, bedrooms, bathrooms, walls, closets, carpets, cabinetry, millwork, light fixtures, fans, etc.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB: Minimum of 1 year experience for this position. Must have a clean background with NO Felony Criminal Offenses for security badging Must be able to work weekends, early morning or nights if needed. Must have a flexible work schedule. Must be able to use and climb different types of ladders. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in the heat and cold. Must be able to bend, squat, lift, climb and clean. Must be able to reach, stretch and turn body. Must be able to work with arms above your head. Must be able to work fast and efficient. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have reliable transportation. Must be friendly, polite and professional at all times Must have great customer service skills Must be able to write legibly and complete work orders Must be self-motivated and eager to work Must be able to work alone or with a team.
