Job Description:
MUST HAVES:
- REVIT experience
- A few years of Interior Design experience
- Produce project documentation
- Work on healthcare interior projects with the Interior Design Director
- Selecting and specifying furniture and finishes
- Space Planning
- Reviewing and coordinating vendor proposals; Review vendor quotes and coordinate with whatever specifications were provided
- Coordinate with clients and end users
- Overseeing product installation during construction Work Environment: Firm located in northern New Jersey with between 60 and 90 people; (10 people in NYC small office); they do healthcare and institutional work (k-12, higher education, etc.) and very rarely multi-family residential; they have 6 Principals and several PMs; this is a production based firm that looks for licensed and non-licensed Architectural professionals to come in and produce construction drawings on projects; Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience
