General Responsibilities include:
*Outpatient Pediatrics Opportunity
*Opportunity for acute care weekend/ holiday rotation
*Weekday and evening shifts available
* Responsible for all aspects of patient care, education of patient and family, communication with physicians, and documentation of patient care.
* Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the age of patients served.
* Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation system.
* Provides age and culturally appropriate care.
* Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
* Orients and mentors new staff members.
Qualifications include:
Graduate of Accredited School of Physical Therapy
Current Tennessee Physical Therapist licensure
Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider
Basic computer skills
