Centennial Medical Center is currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) -- Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) -- Parthenon Pavilion
Responsibilities:
The RN -- ECT PP demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served as per Scope of Care; promotes customer service initiatives; utilizes nursing process for individual care to meet needs of patients; demonstrates ability to perform technical skills and procedures; documents all patient care; and participates in Performance Improvement activities.
Supports the facility's Standards of Performance and ICARE values
Responsible to ANC and Nurse Manager.
Nature of Supervision Received: Minimal, progresses related to compliance with policies, procedures, and clinical and behavioral practices.
Positions Supervised: LPN, MHA, CNT and Unit Secretary
Interactions with: Internal and External customers.
1. Demonstrated experience with each required areas of expertise in section 1.
2. Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with external and internal customers.
3. Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
4. Current licensure of Tennessee Board of Nursing.
5. Current BLS certification (other certifications as required per Provision of Care for area of employment)
