Sodexo is looking for a seasoned manager with strong technical skills in the area of full service maintenance management in the area of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, custodial and grounds. In addition this position requires Project and Construction Management experience and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Must have 3 to 5 year of experience.

This position functions as the Assistant Facilities Director, #2 at the account and acts as the director in the director's absence. This individual provides outstanding customer service and meets regularly with clients and customers including the CFO and Head of School. Position is responsible for day-to-day operations of maintenance, grounds, safety and transportation. The right individual will have a sound understanding of sustainable practices and will be proficient in managing the physical plant in an energy efficient manner. Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
