Job Summary :
- Responsible for the day-to-day client consulting work across a set of clients and ensuring high quality deliverables
- Works within client experience team to assist in consulting and decision support activities toward the goal of formulating strategic recommendations and solutions for clients
- Partners with analytics team to review the initial analysis; develops and presents initial conclusions from the analysis to lead consultant
- Communicates general data organization to team members including lead consultant
- Conducts data mapping, provider mapping, and quality assurance activities
- Identifies and resolves data errors and inconsistencies
- Provides consulting support for clients and attends on-site client meetings as necessary
- Provides support for preparing client proposals and/or presentations and ensures that materials are prepared and distributed as necessary for team/client meetings
- Organizes Peer Review activities for project team and participates in the review of other team activities as a means of providing expertise as well as receiving educational instruction
- Documents and maintains project documentation in public folders
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum three (3)+ years of Health care experience
- Minimum one (1)+ years of Client Management, Consulting, and data analysis experience
- Minimum travel availability up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management, health policy or related field
- Knowledge of Treo products as well as classification tools such as CRGs, DRGs, AP-DRGs, APR-DRGs, MS-DRGs, EAPGs, APCs, ACSCs and PPEs preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Treo Services preferred
- Health care and/or data consulting
- Experience in managed care services such as Medicaid and Medicare

Travel: May include up to 25%
