Office of General Legal Counsel Intern

The Intern will assist with legal research and drafting legal memoranda and participate with Xerox attorneys in projects such as business and/or labor & employment litigation, document review in a transactional context and/or real estate areas, and participate in the delivery of legal services in the contexts of mergers and acquisitions due diligence, as well as international business formation and operations.

Xerox seeks second-year candidates with diverse backgrounds who are highly motivated to learn more about how an in-house legal department operates, get practical experience in the handling of legal issues that arise in an in-house setting, and contribute to the provision of a high quality legal work product to Xerox Legal' s internal clients, and indirectly, to Xerox customers as well.
