About this job

Provides clerical support for Hangar Operations Center Hgr 1/2 team members. Develops and maintains numerous department reports, including Weekly Headcount reports, responsible for all aspects of AutoTA maintenance, including building schedules, adding, deleting and changing personnel, and processing crew changes in AutoTA. Maintains confidential employee files. Assists with TWU VC bid lists. Maintains field trip and overtime records using MS Access database. Provides telephone coverage, categorizes mail and telephone inquiries. Plans and organizes various meetings and functions for component shops leadership and team members. Prepares flight and hotel reservations for management and other travel reasons. Receives and directs visitors. Orders Company credit cards, telephone cards, and office supplies, processes paperwork for computers and systems access. Sorts and files data and correspondence. Interacts with all levels of management and Shop personnel. Provides back-up coverage and assistance to Production Assistants and Secretary.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.

Previous Office experience

Must be able to prioritize and organize work functions effectively.

Ability to exercise good judgment and work under time constraints with professionalism, efficiency, patience and tact.

Ability to prepare correspondence and format reports.

Must seek out and assume more responsibility than expected.

Must support and encourage team efforts.

Ability to track, coordinate and oversee several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, including payroll information.

Additional responsibilities include Safety Exam notifications and assist in Grievance processing.

Proficient in RES, DECS, and JetNet (handling flight and hotel accommodations, car rentals, A-9 travel, etc.), Outlook, SABRE, IMS, ViewDirect, SmAArtBuy, I-Payables and AutoTA

Minimum typing skill of 40 wpm required.

Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable

Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable

Travel to the interview and any subsequent relocation expenses are the responsibility of the candidate.

The current relationship between the Position Levels of Legacy AA and Legacy US is pre-organizational. Payscale Level (AA) and Pay Grade (US) provide general mapping and may not result in a pay adjustment for promotions, laterals and demotions. Final level will be determined upon final organization design and implementation.
