Manager- Workplace Accommodations and Employee Relations Join us to support and advise our Field HR and Safety Leaders in the implementation, follow-up and provision of reasonable accommodations for employees. This includes all non-work related conditions protected under federal and state disability and pregnancy laws. You'll link HR leaders and Safety team to ensure employee requests for accommodation are handled following our interactive process for identifying solutions. You'll need to lead by influence not by title. You'll drive projects and issues to completion with amazing levels of detail. You will be our subject matter expert in reasonable accommodation, ADA and build relationships with organizations that support the disabled. You will have a passion for employee relations and dispute resolution. You're a great project manager, can create reports and follow through to completion. You'll get a chance to use your analytical skills creating and presenting data to Senior Leadership. Primary Functions: Provide guidance and training to staff members on the interactive reasonable accommodation (RA) process and how to interact with associates, including disability etiquette. This includes updates on trends by EEOC and state regulation changes. Build Relationships with Client HR and Client managers as appropriate and foster relationships between Integrity and Client staff to ensure escalations will either be resolved quickly or not be needed. Audit Opportunity Center and On-Site handling of Certificate of Fitness, ADA and Job Safety Analysis policies, procedures, and process to ensure they are following all standard guidelines and processes. Develop relationships with regional and national organizations that support people with disabilities as a source of accommodation ideas. Design, implement and audit our process for getting feedback from employees who have been provided a RA; provide guidance to the leadership teams on any employee concerns and successes. Partner with HR Leaders, Site Leaders, Recruitment Managers and Corporate HR to create and implement proactive RA programs Act as a sounding board for HR Leaders and Safety teams regarding situations where issuance of a Job Safety Analysis is questionable or presents concerns. Develop and provide weekly and monthly reports, analyze data for trends and outliers that need to be addressed and provide proactive solutions. Develop and implement training Stay up to date on legal changes and update Develop, deploy and audit SOPS and update as needed Education, Skills, & Abilities Required: Bachelor' Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, employment law or relevant discipline Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR/ employee relations experience, or combination of HR, Worker's Compensation, supervisory, safety experience Knowledge of State and Federal Employment Laws/Regulations regarding ADA Experience in dispute resolution and crafting creative solutions Excellent verbal, active listening and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and an ability to set and meet deadlines Expertise with using MS Word, Excel and Power Point 5+ yrs. experience in conducting thorough investigations of employee issues Ability to provide great customer service to our employees who contact us for assistance Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule and travel when needed What's in it for you?
