Job Description:
The Suspense Analyst position requires the maintaining of a pipeline averaging from 70-150 loans daily. The analyst will be in constant communication with title companies, investors and internal staff. The position requires time management, precise communication, and multi-tasking.

1) 19 -22 Loan File Touches Daily
Measurement: Meet this measurement with 90% accuracy.
2) Must Clear Loans Within 10 Days
Measurement: Meet this measurement with 100% accuracy.
3) Must Clear QC Suspense Within 30 Days
Measurement: Meet this measurement with 90% accuracy.
