Finance - Mortgage Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Business Lending & Commercial Credit Fulfillment (part of Global Tech & Ops): Provides fulfillment support to Commercial Client Sales teams (Middle Market, Business Banking, Client Development Group, SBA).
Process Overview: Once a commercial Line of Credit or New Loan has been approved by an underwriter - the Credit Fulfillment team is responsible for performing due diligence tasks, documenting the loan agreement, booking the loan to the system of record, and monitoring the collateral requirements.

Primary responsibility is to prepare accurate legal documentation in accordance with Bank policies/procedures and to facilitate loan closings directly with the client and/or vendors, which includes routine to complex transactions. The role requires the individual to work with various vendors to perform due diligence (property appraisal, flood and hazard insurance, title, etc) to perfect the security interest in the various types of collateral pledged to the Bank by the borrower as security for a loan or line of credit.

Bachelors Degree
* Financial Acumen (preferably with business lending, legal and risk)
* Strong Technical Skills - computer savvy, must be able to toggle across multiple systems. Must be able to use Word and Excel.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests - it's a fast paced environment
* Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
