This is an 12-month project role. The Project - Analyst Global Sales Analytics will be responsible for stewarding Advertising Sales related data and supporting the Advertising Sales business community with data analysis, reporting, and product management needs. This will be accomplished through collaborating with Business and Technical partners to perform data stewardship activities, business process review, product analysis, feature definition and prioritization to support daily business operations and drive custom software development and/or external vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities Point of contact and data steward within Customer Marketing and Sales to support one or more Data Management applications and process including but not limited to Compensation Management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer File Management, or other data management tools. Support day-to-day process of all requests related to the applications that are assigned. Provides advanced training and updates to Customer Marketing and Sales to support their systems. Acts as a 'super user' to support the business needs for system implementations. Responsible for complex data cleansing and data integrity activities. Liaisons with Internal technology partners and external vendors to supply requirements to improve current and future systems and processes. Executes complex testing required to support the implementation and ongoing support of new or enhanced system functionality. Performs complex data analysis and ad hoc reporting as needed to support Advertising Sales business units. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Data Analysis, Management, or Stewardship, experience. Strong analytical and data management skills. Ability to recognize and analyze data patterns and discrepancies. Ability to recognize business opportunities or "red flags" based on data analysis. Ability to resolve complex issues independently and escalate to management as needed. Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Ad Hoc Reporting and analytics tools. Excellent organizational, and multitasking, and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently or with a team as needed. Ability to organize and present data to an executive audience and tell a compelling business story. Effectively communicates complex information with both internal and external contacts at a variety of organizational levels.Minimum of 2 years of Data Analysis, Management, or Stewardship, experience. Preferred Qualifications Advanced knowledge of the Broadcast Media, Advertising Sales, or related product management expertise. Advanced knowledge of the agile software development methodology and supporting ceremonies. Advanced Excel or Ad Hoc reporting experience Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools. Formal Product Management training and/or certification. Required Education High School Diploma Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the Broadcast media and Advertising Sales software product management and strategy discipline.
