This is an in-office position in Blue Bell, PA.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support to attorneys and paralegals the Litigation Unit of Law & Regulator Affairs. Initiates correspondence, resolves complex inquiries, coordinates meetings, travel arrangements, prepares expense reports, compiles data for routine reports, file maintenance and answers telephones. Litigation / Legal Secretary experience a PLUS!

Candidate will work in a fast paced environment which will include, but not be limited to the following deliverables:

- Screens telephone calls, answers routine questions and furnishes information

- Complex calendar management on a proactive and timely basis

- Complex travel planning

- Meeting management

- Preparing expense reports

- Preparing documents, presentations and reports

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

Ideal candidate must have a minimum 5 years administrative support experience and prior work experience with senior executives. Litigation / Legal Secretary experience a PLUS!

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES

Administration / Operations/Travel/4-6 Years is required

Administration / Operations/Document production & distribution/4-6 Years is preferred

Project Management/Time Management/4-6 Years is preferred

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/4-6 Years

Must be self-starter, self-sufficient, positive attitude, great organizational and prioritizing skills, must have excellent advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint/Word/Excel and Outlook, be able to handle fast-paced environment, attention to detail and focus on accuracy, work as a team player, takes initiative to improve own capabilities as business changes and opportunities arise.
