Job Description

Position Overview

Employee will perform activities within the Automation and Informatics group which will allow the employee to participate in the following activities:

* Exposure to a new product and technology within Healthcare DX

* Participation in the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and in the product health life cycle

* Working with multi-site, multidisciplinary, and multi-cultural teams

* Opportunities to improve processes, software development, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Employee will work closely with the R&D Team Lead in the following areas:

* Study RFID hardware implementation and software designs to assist in writing reports

* Interact with a multidisciplinary team to review system issues and enhancement requests

* Maintain the hardware set-up and configurations in the lab

* Work with the Software development and Quality Assurance teams located in Austria and India

* Potential to Implement, document, and validate simple software utilities

* Participate in training sessions as needed

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

* Pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

* Programming Experience (C#/WPF, PHP, SQL Server, and JavaScript development is a plus).

* Knowledge of web development and cloud-based software deployment

* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

* Understanding of RFID Technologies

* Understanding of the Healthcare Field

* Knowledge of Selenium testing framework

* SAP experience is a plus
