We are looking for Store Manager candidates!
Ideal candidates MUST:
- Have 4+ years of sales/customer service experience (including 2+ years as an ASM or Store Manager) – preferably in a retail store environment;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekend);
- Demonstrate Strong team-building/leadership ability who is willing to lead by example;
- Possess excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to every customer;
- Display strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Be an energetic, outgoing, and personally-driven individual with an eye for fashion;
- Have previous personnel management experience;
- Possess sound organization and operational skills
- Have a strong visual/merchandising background
