Our Sr. Administrative Secretary is the heart of the store leadership team. You'll be the one to make sure that the Store Leader(s) and Team Leaders are set up for success each and every day. We count on your scheduling, reporting, and communications expertise to help our business run efficiently and keep our store at the top of its foodie game.Who You Are:

Requirements

  • Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.
  • Enable unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a foodie culture by sharing excitement and passion for food with Team Members and guests
  • Facilitate impeccable two-way communication among the store team, making sure that team meetings and events are fun and keep everyone informed, but also exceed the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Provide reliable support to the store leadership team by addressing all emails, phone calls, and concerns in a timely and friendly manner ' you are the voice of our team and we are counting on you to show our guests the best we have to offer!
  • Maintain familiarity with store budgets, reports, and equipment, and be an active participant in keeping everything on track ' you are the second set of eyes we need to keep our store looking, feeling, and presenting its best!
  • Coordinate store meetings and events with a keen eye for detail and a second nature for multitasking.
  • Assist store HR with weekly payroll for the entire team.
  • Nurture an environment of inclusion and diversity, keeping in mind that each Team Member has a voice.
