About this job

In this role you will:

Timely, professional communication with customer about spare parts and loyalty plan needs.
Adherence to policies, procedures and best practices.
Utilize current MRP to enter orders in timely, accurate and efficient fashion to facilitate customer On-Time-Ship requirements.
Timely completion of identified forms, reports and required documentation.
Make selected proactive calls to promote loyalty programs, improve order intake to quote ratio, and offer improved product and / or product specials
Takes ownership of new customer communication after system acceptance and serves as liaison with customers to resolve problems and inquiries.
Development of a price quote for customer based on appropriate fiscal/quality indicators.
With Purchasing department assure supply chain has recommended part stocking levels and prognosis of part demand to maximize optimal inventory levels of stock standard parts and minimize lead time of non-stock parts to meet or exceed On-Time-Ship metrics
Act as liaison between Avure departments to obtain information required to meet customer quotation and order processing expectations.
May be required to prepare export documentation to drop ship parts to customers worldwide.
May be required to assist logistics during normal or afterhours to meet customer on time ship expectations.
Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bring your integrity, your ability to successfully manage multiple projects and your customer centric mindset, as well as:

High School diploma or equivalent required; College or Associates Degree in a technology related field preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience.
Ability to read or have a basic understanding of engineering or technical drawings is very beneficial.
High level of analytical ability and demonstrated maturity to make decisions and recommendations where problems are complex.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry customer service systems, computers and their application to the business environment.
Working knowledge of Customs regulations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, solicits input from customers, motivate department staff and obtain cooperation from associates in other departments.
Innovative/creative thinking.
Ability to help other departments find customer responsive solutions.
Willingness to occasionally work afterhours and on weekends to facilitate customer needs.
